Bridge of Unity Follow-Up
We enjoyed a wonderful evening this past Thursday with 10 members of our community visiting the Unitarian Universalist Church. It was deeply inspiring to discover how much common ground we share—both in our faith traditions and in our values. We were especially moved by the ways the Unitarian community is supporting our LGBTQ friends and neighbours, as well as those in our city who are unhoused. Thursday, November 13th is World Kindness Day!
Let’s take a moment to remember the power we each have to brighten someone’s day. Kindness doesn’t need to be grand or complicated, often it’s the small gestures that ripple out the farthest. Today, (you don’t have to wait for Thursday) we invite you to intentionally practice kindness: Offer a genuine compliment to three people Send a kind text to someone Pay it forward in a line, a café, or a conversation Or make a simple commitment to perform one act of kindness each week

A Bridge of Unity
Thursday, November 6th — Multi-Faith Kelowna As a trans-denominational philosophy , Religious Science stands as a living bridge—a meeting place where the universal wisdom of all faiths converges in Oneness. Ernest Holmes, founder of Religious Science, had a remarkable ability to distill the golden thread of Truth running through every great tradition—embracing the teachings of Jesus and the Buddha, Rumi and Lao Tzu, the poets, scientists, and mystics alike. He recognized tha

Guess Who Made His First Sunday Debut?
Baby Arthur Dempster! At not even a month old, Arthur joined us with his radiant mama Stephanie and loving grandma Alona, quietly stealing everyone’s hearts. Arthur even took the stage at the end of service to share his special blessing (and a few adorable coos). Rev. Corinne got her long-awaited “baby cuddle,” declaring him absolute perfection! The whole family are doing wonderfully, and discovering how big Love can be. Welcome, sweet Arthur—our tiniest member of CSL Kelowna
