Rev. Melody Bailey

Rev. Melody Bailey was introduced to the Science of Mind teaching at our Centre in 2003. Captivated by its message of spiritual not religious, she immersed herself in classes, becoming a minister in 2008 and being ordained in 2015. Melody’s passion is communication and creativity. She loves public speaking, writing inspirational articles and social media posts, and singing in the choir. Her enthusiasm for teaching shines through in the Science of Mind classes, workshops and book studies she facilitates. A committed Toastmaster with five years of experience she previously managed the Centre’s website and enjoys supporting the digital ministry. Over the years Melody has led the Welcome Team, Membership, and meditation teams, co-hosted the Discovery Class with Rev. Diane Hockey, was an active member of the Mid-Week Faith Lift Team, overseen Sunday service setup and, on occasion, stepped in to assist in directing the choir. Through her warm presence and deep understanding of the teaching, she invites people to awaken to their own spiritual magnificence. While she currently serves as treasurer, Melody’s true joy lies in inspiring others, and she welcomes the opportunity to share this work with anyone who feels called to it.
