Mark Your Calendars!

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who volunteered and served with such heart and presence at the Walk of Memories on Sunday, September 13th alongside our Multi-Faith partners. Even the rain could not stop us!

Those who participated in the walk shared how meaningful the experience was in their journey with grief, and how much they appreciated the opportunity to acknowledge losses in such a supportive atmosphere, as well as to learn more about grief and the supports available within our community.

We are deeply grateful to the Central Okanagan Hospice Association and KGH Foundation for creating this beautiful opportunity for us to come together across faith traditions in service to our wider community.

And there is more to come!

Be sure to mark your calendar for the World Religion Conference on Sunday, September 27th—an inspiring opportunity to hear perspectives from a variety of spiritual and faith traditions, with a free Indian meal included. More details are included in this Newsletter

Then, on Saturday, October 3rd, the Okanagan Multi-Faith Assembly begins a new season of gatherings with presentations from our diverse faith communities. We are delighted to begin with the Islamic Community, who will welcome us to learn more about their faith, traditions, and practices.

These gatherings are wonderful opportunities to deepen understanding, build friendships, and discover more of the shared spiritual DNA that connects us.

Interested in joining us? Contact Rev. Corinne for details. All are welcome!
