We’re excited by the great feedback we’ve received about our new newsletter and website. We’ve also learned that some have had difficulty with the way the newsletter interacts with the website. Below you’ll find directions that may help you find what you’re looking for. If you still have difficulty, please feel free to contact me. Your feedback matters because you matter! “
With deep appreciation,

This blog post is going to talk about how to navigate the new CSL Kelowna newsletter.
The new format of the CSL Kelowna newsletter links announcements and articles of the newsletter back to the website. For example, the newsletter has an announcement for an upcoming Sunday service which includes an image, a service date, the talk title and the person giving the talk. If you want more information on the upcoming talk, then simply click on the image and you'll be sent to the website and the Sunday service announcement with more information (description of talk, location, etc.). At this point, you are now on the website and have left your email client and the CSL Kelowna newsletter.
For people who use an app like Microsoft Outlook for email: you can go back to the newsletter by simply clicking on the Outlook icon on the taskbar and you will go back to Outlook where you can resume reading the CSL Kelowna newsletter.

If you use a web based email service like Gmail: If you're reading a Sunday service announcement and you want to go back to the newsletter, you can by clicking on the browser tab of the web based email service (like Gmail) and you'll be back at the web based email service and the newsletter.

There is a third option which is to click on the "View this email in your browser" link. which will open the whole newsletter in a browser. You can then click on an image of an announcement or article to read it on the website, but then to go back to the newsletter, click on the browser tab that contains the newsletter and continue reading the newsletter.
