About the event
It is said the longest journey we take is the journey between the head and the heart. In this residential retreat at the beautiful UBC Okanagan Campus, we will practice what the Mystics throughout the ages have known about the beauty and power of accessing the Wisdom of the Heart.
We invite you to come, immerse yourself in practices that deepen the connection between your heart and mind and open yourself to the felt sense of the Divine. We will spend time in silence, time in practice, time outdoors, and time in fellowship.
Date: Friday, July 8 at 6pm to Sunday, July 10 at 4pm.
