This month, CSL Kelowna was a rich presence, learning, and connecting with people from
diverse faiths across Kelowna as the history and evolution of the Mennonite community, what
they believe, and how they demonstrate their faith through active service globally was shared.
Religious Science is trans-denominational—meaning it transcends denominational boundaries.
It honours the golden thread of Truth woven through the world’s great religions, philosophies,
and sciences.
We do not claim exclusive possession of Truth; rather, we study how universal spiritual
principles appear in every tradition.
Just as physics studies the laws of the material universe, Religious Science explores the spiritual
laws by which thought becomes form, love heals, and consciousness creates. These laws are as dependable as gravity and just as universal.
Religious Science is a teaching of applied spiritual psychology—the art and science of transforming consciousness. Our spiritual practices—affirmative prayer, meditation, visioning, gratitude, forgiveness, and right action—train the mind to align with spiritual truth, so that we live from Love rather than fear.
In essence, we practice the same universal truths mystics have always known:
We are expressions of the Divine.
Our thoughts and beliefs shape our experience.
Love is the highest vibration of Truth.
We can consciously participate in the unfolding of creation through awareness.
A Bridge of Unity
Religious Science stands as a bridge—a meeting place where the wisdom of many paths can be celebrated as One. We honour Jesus and Buddha, Rumi and Lao Tzu, the poets, scientists, and mystics who reveal facets of the same radiant Truth.
Our invitation is simple: “Come as you are, bring your light, and together we’ll remember the Oneness from which all life springs.”
Upcoming Opportunity
On November 6 th , (Thursday evening), our visit will be to the Unitarian Church to learn more about the Unitarian movement.
If you are interested in attending, contact Rev. Corinne for the details.
