Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting!
With Rev. Corinne Crockett

“If you are not living up to your greatest potential in any area of your life, you are settling. It can be hard to admit, but when you do, you will finally discover how to never settle for less.”
-Tony Robbins
What is calling to your soul or wanting to be born through you? There is always more! “There’s a power for good in the universe and we can use it,” is a basic tenet of the Science of Mind. It’s a catchy phrase, but do we apply it and make best use of it in our lives?
Life and the world need each of us to participate fully, shining as brilliantly and joyfully as we’re Divinely intended. We can either subdue our light or we can live boldly and vibrantly, discovering even more of who we are intended to be.
We can choose to live large or small. Our experience of life reflects that choice. Today is an opportunity to make any necessary adjustments to achieve a better outcome in life.
TWO IMPORTANT DATES
June 2nd and June 20th
Sunday, June 2: Stay After Service
Let the bells ring out and the banners fly as we celebrate the arrival of our new Spiritual Director, Rev. John DePalma.
Plan to stay after service to join in casual fellowship and connection as we welcome Rev. John and his wife, Rev. Cath DePalma to Kelowna and their new Spiritual home.
Spirit’s perfect flow and action have been apparent with the ease the DePalma’s experienced clearing customs with their belongings and arriving in Kelowna last week. It’s been a busy time settling into their new home.
Their days since arrival have been filled with the many details required with such a big move, and they’re excited to be joining us this Sunday, June 2nd.
Thursday, June 20th: Meet and Greet
A Meet & Greet for the DePalma’s is planned for Thursday, June 20th from 6:00-8:00 pm at Forbidden Spirits Distillery located at 4400 Wallace Hill Rd, Kelowna. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Rev. Barb & Neal will bless us with their music and gratefully receive Gratitude Offerings for their gift to us.
There is no cost to attend, but please RSVP your attendance so Forbidden Spirits has some idea about how many people will be there.

Last Week's Talk
What's Really Holding You Back
with Rev. Barbara Samuel

It was a Soul Food Sunday, and Rev. Barbara Samuel gave an inspirational talk about what’s really holding you back. Neal delighted us with his wisdom, perspective, and practical application of Spiritual Principle to life. If you missed the talk, or want to watch it again, click here:
Centers for Spiritual Living Theme for June

Life invites us to live with gusto and verve. The only thing holding us back is ourselves and possible perceptions of obstacles. If Harriet Tubman could make a way out of her extreme circumstances and experiences, we all can.
Our attitude, outlook, willingness, perseverance, persistence, and resilience are critical. There is a sacred knowing deep within us that always supports and guides us.
Combined with courage, tenacity, and keen inner listening, this innate knowing will deliver us from and through anything. As we work in partnership with Spirit, all things are truly possible, especially the seemingly impossible.
