“What is my reason for being?” is a question our curious minds would love to answer. This, however, is not a question for the intellect. It is to be answered by the soul. So, we dive into the journey of self-discovery, to find that which makes us come alive, to find that which reveals the unique gifts we get to share with the world. It's a reminder that we are an absolutely magnificent expression of the Divine, exactly as we are, and exactly as we are not.

We are pulled by curiosity to look below the surface, look within, release into the world the gifts that curiosity has revealed to us and then lean into the wonderment of living each day with a heightened awareness of how curiosity ignites our lives. As we reconnect passionately with our superpower, curiosity, the excitement of what could be, moves us from complacency and inspires our greater yet-to-be!

Inquiring Minds Want to Flow
What we are seeking is seeking us, and that is never truer than when we seek to know our purpose in life. There is a Divine calling deep within us that is waiting to be discovered and expressed in the way that only we can express it, and when it comes forward it brings many gifts. One of the greatest is the feeling of being in the Flow.
We are all curious about our journey through this life and often seek the answers outside of ourselves. What we ultimately find is that the answers lie within.
We are all unique expressions of the Divine here to share our individual gifts and passions. Don’t just dip a toe in the river and get caught in the resistance the rocky bank brings. Dive in all the way, all the way into the centre of the stream. Allow yourself to be carried by the current, discovering yourself along the way. This is how we find our purpose and when we find our Glow, we are in the flow.

Last Sunday, February 5, Rev. Karin Wilson was back in town. She gave an insightful talk titled What Lies Beneath the Surface.

2023 Membership Drive

It’s our annual membership drive at the Centre for Spiritual Living Kelowna. Every year, you have the ability to consciously choose to belong to this spiritual community, whether this is your first year or your 30th.
Your membership matters. Our community has big decisions to make over the next year, and we need our members’ input. Membership offers opportunities to contribute to and be involved in key Centre initiatives. Membership gives you a vote at the AGM, as well as when the time comes to choose our next spiritual director(s).

The time has come once again for us to hold our annual business meeting where we review the business affairs of the last year, thank our hardworking Board, and welcome in the new. Join us as we vote in our Board members. This is an open meeting and everyone is welcome to attend; however, you must be officially signed up and registered as a 2023 member to vote.
The Annual General Meeting of the Centre for the Spiritual Living Kelowna Society takes place on February 26, 2023 at 2pm on Zoom.
This year, more than ever, your voice matters as we engage in the work of expanding and re-engaging as a spiritual community. We would love to see you at this meeting!
