Awaken your True Power through Wisdom and Compassion

Awaken your True Power through Wisdom and Compassion

Amanda Pope RScP

Choice is the engine of evolution… if you choose unconsciously, you will evolve unconsciously. If you choose consciously, you will evolve consciously. The power of choice is the greatest gift you have been given, second only to the gift of Life itself.

— Gary Zukav

We are always choosing what to think and believe. Sometimes we choose unconsciously. The biggest lie I tell myself is that “I don’t know”. This lie keeps me stuck in my life.

Ernest Holmes reminds us that “We must realize that there is an intelligence within us that does know”.

We can live conscious lives by developing our innate wisdom and compassion.

For more on this topic, please join Amanda Pope and the rest of the Sunday Six this Sunday, November 1, 2020 at 10:30am on Facebook Live.

This Week’s Point of View from the Science of Mind

People often speak of God’s will as if the old anthropomorphic deity is still the one guiding, choosing, and leading us, when in truth it is saying “yes” to each of our choices! Spirit is so giving of ItSelf to ItSelf, that it accepts the choices we as the incarnate beings of Divinity chose. It benefits us to always choose from a place of compassion, self care, integrity, and goodness.

Choice is the essential point of power. By choosing how to think and what to do from a place of wisdom and compassion, we actualize our potential more fully. There is no belief developed and no action taken without choice. As we bring this process to the level of conscious awakening, we direct our lives from our authentic selves.

Our power of choice is innate within us. We must cultivate these qualities within ourselves and learn to express them habitually and intentionally in the world. Our goal here is to bring forth what is already within us; to awaken our true power, love, wisdom, and joy by focusing our minds on wise and compassionate choices.

Let us commit to our own growth, to loving ourselves enough to be our best selves. Let us recognize the natural ability to choose, and continue to use that power regardless of what conditions surround us. Let us say YES to choice, over and over and over again!

The group offers a safe and respectful space to share, listen, and receive compassionate support and prayer from others. It's free to attend and donations are appreciated.

MIND-FULL MOMENT

“All Intelligence abides in your subconscious and awaits your call upon it. You may say you do not know what to do. But at the center of your mind is the clear decision that you should make. It is right there.”
