The Old Lady Who Swallowed a Fly
“Release old concepts and energies that keep you in self-punishment patterns. Release old stories and create from a place of love and self-validation. You are worth it.” — Guatama Buddha

About the Event
Most of us know the children’s song about the old lady who swallowed the fly. It was just a small thing, really — the fly. Yet swallowing that fly set off a chain of bizarre choices that led to disastrous results for the old lady. This Sunday we’ll explore how small things can lead to self-destructive thoughts and behaviours, and we’ll talk about ways to create new stories.
After the service, you can find all talks on our YouTube channel.
(RSVP is not required; however, if you RSVP, you will receive an event reminder email 1 day before.)
