About the event
On July 8th, we held the first in a series of four 90-minute Community Conversations. In a safe and supportive environment, we're exploring anti-racism and topics like privilege, inherent biases, and systemic racial injustice. Our objectives are to expand awareness, allow for healing, and identify ways in which we can each personally support the expansion of a more equitable society.
We are using a framework called “Dismantling Racism” created by Unity minister, Reverend Wendy Craig-Purcell. If you missed the first session, you are still welcome to attend from July 15th onward. Please RSVP to receive the Zoom details.
